As a new client of our veterinary hospital you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs. Our service will be provided with courtesy, compassion and respect.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by one of our friendly staff. Although we do have a Waiting Room, we prefer not to use it. We know that your time is valuable and we respect that. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, every time. We do have contingencies for emergencies however. There may be times that an emergency may create a delay in your scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to minimize these delays as much as possible.
Upon arriving at our hospital you will normally see a Veterinary Technician first who will collect both your’s and your pet’s personal information and pertinent medical history. The Veterinary Technician will also collect important baseline information such as your pet’s temperature, pulse and respiration. A Veterinarian will see you next, perform a comprehensive physical examination, answer your questions and plan further diagnostic testing as required. The Veterinarian will also discuss a personalized treatment plan for your pet should one be required.
You will normally see the Veterinary Technician again to go through your pet’s discharge instructions, to provide you with any further educational material and to answer any routine wellness and care questions that you may have. Our friendly staff will handle the invoicing and schedule any needed follow up.
